The Spa Covers Canada ULTRA model is a 6”-4” taper replacement hot tub cover. It has been designed, engineered and crafted for those hot tub owners who live in the most extreme Canadian climates. Perfect for those who live in the snowbelt regions, the ULTRA boasts high-density, supportive insulation and enhanced features to improve the runoff of heavy rain, ice and snow.
Best suited for outdoor hot tubs and spas in need of heavy protection from the elements, the ULTRA is warrantied to ensure season-after-season of use. The ULTRA cover meets or exceeds all ASTM standards for hot tub covers.

Spa Covers Canada manufactures replacement hot tub covers with a standard hinge seal. This seal runs down the centre of the cover and consists of two steam pockets and a rubber gasket. The dual-seam pocket design ensures steam is unable to escape from the sides of the cover. In light of rising utility costs across Canada, we also offer an affordable upgrade that is designed to further improve energy efficiency. The Full Length Hinge Seal is a continuous seal that stretches the entire length of the fold. There is no gap between the two section, virtually eliminating heat loss from the center of the cover. If you live in a province known for its snowy conditions, you may have experienced snow melting along the center hinge seam. The Spa Covers Canada "Full Length Hinge Seal" was designed to reduce this heat loss. Please note that both our Standard Hinge Seal and Full Length Hinge Seal are both compatible with hot tub cover lifters.
